You're dealing with hundreds of horses running everywhere!

Thore grabs the big drill. We've decided to make a steel support to the crank pulley since we don't
believe that three bolts into the aluminium pulley will hold the abuse of the force.

We're after 52 mm to a perfect fit on the Callies crank snout. So first a 51 mm drill and the a cutter.

Trust a micrometer to make it perfect. The last hundreds is gone with a grinding cloth while rotating.

The last step before the Blackout Pulley Support is ready to go! Thanks Thore!

You know it is a good fit when it's difficult to mount it. It must be perfect aligned before it works.

This 77 teeth aluminium pulley is going nowhere!

Actually Thore had to make another one when I started to use Crank Trigger because this trigger wheel
goes in between the damper and the pulley and builds 9 mm. So I needed a new support with a 9 mm
longer snout.

This build-out finally caused a broken crank snout while the pulley sat firmly...but that's another story.

Much more...
