STOPPING 4444 pounds...now without ABS
Wilwood billet rotors rear disc kit. With parking brakes so it gets street legal.
I ordered the axles with
two bolt circles - 5 X 5 and 5 X 4.75
Ronny Oredsson's stainless brakelines don't touch the rear end housing except
in the upper wheeliebar
bracket where it hooks up to the stainless brake lines made by Harley Bike Builder
Rasmus
Ravnsborg. This installation is made by Håkan.
More about the FAB9 rear end here!
Front rotors. The cracks have been there for quite a while, also the circle
wearing. And I think the rotors
aren't flat anymore. It was too hard to spin the front wheels by hand. So new
rotors (and pads)
could shorten ET and increase speed!
Feels just fine to see old and new parts meet like this.
Must move the GM extra long studs from the old rotors to the new.
More, as it happens...
