I bought the Impala in May. I didn't wait too long to look up the streetraces in town.

It looked like a red Volvo 850 with a tuned Turbo-5 was the quickest of them all so I asked the owner to race
me so I could find out how much was missing my stocker. When he dissapeared I decided to order a nitrous
kit from NOS - Nitrous Oxide Systems in Cypress in California. I made the call the same evening.
I couldn't take a beat, think of something else and just go home and relax.
This was the moment that changed everything.
I was back at it.

Glued to each other like brothers in arms they run down the 1/8 mile with a 1-1draw.
